Delivery & Pickup Information

Self pickup & return. You are welcome to collect and return your items yourself, free of charge, from our warehouse in Klang Valley. The exact pickup address is shared with you in your booking conversation once your booking is confirmed. Pickups and returns are available Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm (closed on Sundays), on the dates shown in your booking confirmation. Prefer not to drive? Book your own Lalamove — our team will help load everything onto the van (and unload on return) at no extra cost, so you only pay the Lalamove fare. Please remember that full payment + refundable deposit is due at least one week before your collection date — see our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery. We deliver within the Klang Valley. Delivery by our team costs RM300–RM1,200 depending on the contents of your order (quoted manually, based on the items and distance, and confirmed with you before invoicing). Your rental period starts on the agreed delivery date.

Delivery-only items. Large pieces — such as arches, backdrops, furniture, bars, chandeliers and pillars — are marked "Deliver only" on their product pages. These items cannot be self-collected; they are delivered and set up by our team only, and the delivery fee applies.

Event styling deliveries. For events, delivery always includes transport, set up and dismantle by our team. To keep everything on schedule, please make sure the venue allows sufficient uninterrupted access time for setup and dismantle on the day.

Help us coordinate. Before your pickup, return or delivery appointment, please share your Lalamove booking details or, if you are not using Lalamove, a Waze location pin with our team — it helps us coordinate timing smoothly.

Returning items. Items must come back on the agreed return date, during pickup hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm), in their original condition and wrapping/boxes. Late returns incur additional charges — see Pricing & Rental Duration.
