Pricing & Rental Duration

Every rental item is priced for a minimum rental duration of 3 days (up to a maximum of 31 days). The price shown on each product covers this minimum period — there are no hidden charges.

Need the items for longer? Extra days are charged on top of the listed price, per item, based on how many extra days you keep them:

  • Extra days 1–3: +30% of the item's listed price per extra day
  • Extra days 4–7: +20% of the listed price per extra day
  • Extra day 8 and beyond: +10% of the listed price per extra day

Example: an item listed at RM 100 with a 3-day minimum, rented for 8 days (5 extra days), costs RM 100 + 3 × RM 30 + 2 × RM 20 = RM 230.

You can choose your rental duration (from 3 up to 31 days) on the product page and on your wishlist. Our team confirms the exact total — item prices, extra-day charges, service tax, delivery and deposit — with you before any payment.

Service tax (SST)

A Malaysian service tax of 8% applies to the rental items in your booking (including extra-day charges, and after any discount agreed with our team). SST is not charged on delivery fees or on the refundable deposit.

Delivery & deposit

Delivery fees (when you choose delivery — typically RM300–RM1,200 depending on the contents; self-pickup is free) and the refundable security deposit are quoted per booking and shown separately on your invoice. The deposit is fully refunded when all items come back in good condition. See Delivery & Pickup and Deposit Policy.
