Privacy Policy
What we collect. To run your rentals we collect your name, WhatsApp number and (optionally) email address; your booking and event details (dates, venue or delivery address, items rented); billing details for invoicing (company name, billing address, TIN, SST registration number); and — only when we need to return your deposit or issue a refund — your bank details (bank name, account holder, account number). We also keep the WhatsApp conversation history with our team and any wishlists you submit.
How we use it. We use this information to take and manage bookings, prepare quotations and invoices, coordinate pickup or delivery, handle deposits and refunds, and reply to your questions. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell or rent your personal data.
Who sees it. Only our team can access your data — the staff area is password-protected, and billing or bank details are visible only to authorised roles. Messages are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta); couriers involved in a delivery see only the address and phone number needed for that trip. Invoices are shared with our accountant for tax filing.
How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as you continue to book with us, and keep invoicing records as required by Malaysian tax law. Chat history and completed bookings are pruned over time once they're no longer needed.
Your rights. You can ask us at any time to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to delete it entirely.
Request deletion of your data
To delete your data, message us on WhatsApp from the number your bookings are under and tell us you'd like your data deleted. We'll verify that the number is yours, then permanently remove your contact details, wishlists, chat history and bookings from our system. We'll confirm by message once it's done.
